This blog is updated by me, Ian Mckend, I run Mac’s BBQ Ltd and am reponsible for designing the products, which are sold under the ProQ™ brand.
I also do a lot of cooking, mostly outdoors and although I’m not professionally trained, hope my passion for food shines through.
This blog is essentially to keep people updated on any new products, but also to share tips, recipes and the joy that cooking brings.

Ian…. It has been 2 yrs since I bought my cold smoke unit.
I am still thrilled at how well it works.
Cheese, Salmon, Northern Pike and a variety of veggies. (cherry tomatoes cut in 1/2 for salads) all smoke very well with this unit
I also think of your excellant customer service every time I use it.

Dear Ian. I am sorry to still have’nt recieved any email from you. I recieve a lot of emails from others, so my mail connection seems to be OK.
